About Luke

Luke Strawn is the CFO of Integrity Title and the CEO of Oklahoma Abstract Partners of Tulsa, Oklahoma, which operates Guaranty Title, FirsTitle, Excel Title and Smith Brothers Abstract.  Luke and his wife of 20 years, Paige are involved in other small businesses and real estate holdings.

Under Luke’s leadership OAP has grown from a Tulsa based operation to a regional operation, which is now in 13 counties in Oklahoma.  He was also named one of Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEO’s of 2016.  Prior to being the CEO of OAP, Luke served as President of McGraw Realtors.   Before joining McGraw, Luke was Vice President and Sales Manager of The Lending Partners, LLC and Home Team Mortgage both located in Dallas, TX.

Luke currently serves as board member of the Down Syndrome Association of Tulsa and is involved with Bixby Education Endowment Foundation and Lead Learn Live.  His undergraduate degree is from the University of North Texas and he is currently working on his MBA.

Luke and Paige have four children: Turner (17), Shelby (14), Mack (11), and Bodie (10).

About Jeff

Jeff is the General Counsel and Commercial Manager of Guaranty Title Company.

Jeff has practiced law since 1986 and has emphasized his practice in real estate law for 30 years.  Prior to the merger with Guaranty Title Company, Jeff represented FirsTitle and Abstract Services for 20 years.

Jeff graduated from the University of Tulsa in 1983 and from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1986.  Jeff is a member of the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations and the Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers Association.

Jeff is excited to be involved in the legacy and bright future of Guaranty Title Company.

About Lea Ann

Lea Ann is the Vice President of the Guaranty Commercial Department in Tulsa and OKC.

She grew up in Bixby and attended Bixby Public Schools from kindergarten to graduation. Since school, shes been hard at work in the title business for over 25 years.

Lea Ann is married with two sons, a grandson and a granddaughter. She enjoys spending her free time with her family. You can probably find them in the great outdoors, cooking, baking, reading, crocheting, or cross-stitching.

Shes also the proud dog mom of three: Henry, Heidi, and Willow.

Jan Griffith is a true veteran of the title industry.  She began by making calls to collect house payments or set up foreclosures.  From there, her attention to detail and work ethic elevated her career all the way to closing commercial real estate transactions.

Jan loves her job and enjoys working with everyone involved in the contract.  There are a lot of parties involved in these closings and Jan personally works to ensure that everyone at the table is happy with the end product.

Outside of work, Jan keeps busy reading or working outside in the summertime.
